7th April 2007 - bright and sunny/calm
Offshore
A few Sandwich Tern continue to move through but there was little else of note.
Grounded Migrants
Wheatears were again to the fore with 24 birds logged, also recorded were 10 Goldcrest and single Chiffchaff, Redwing and Fieldfare.
Diurnal Migration
A Merlin flew through and a light passage involved 20 Meadow Pipit, 4 alba Wagtail, 2 Redpoll and a Sand Martin.
Butterflies
Small Tortoiseshell, Peacock and Green-veined White are all on the wing.
