Rarities
The Rose-coloured Starling was again present today feeding with a c60 Starling in the dunes between the lighthouse and ruined gun emplacement at South Walney Nature Reserve.
Offshore
A check of the sea (0730-0830) revealed 80 Common Scoter, 40 Gannet, 40 Sandwich Tern, 15 Guillemot, 3 Razorbill and a Fulmar.
