Offshore
An early morning low-tide check of the sea (0700-0800) revealed 220 Sandwich Tern, 69 Common Scoter, 8 Gannet, 4 Little Tern, 2 Arctic Skua and 2 Kittiwake.
Grounded Migrants
A few grounded birds were again in evidence with 14 Willow Warbler, 4 Whitethroat, 3 Stonechat and 2 Sedge Warbler logged.
Diurnal Migration
A group of 20 Swift were logged.
Wildfowl and Waders
Waders included single Ruff and Whimbrel.
Miscellaneous
The Hooded Crow remains.
Butterflies and Moths
A Hummingbird Hawkmoth was seen feeding on Buddleia.
