Offshore
Morning observations (0730-0830) revealed a quiet sea with just 154 Sandwich Tern, 35 Common Scoter, 34 Gannet and 24 Greylag Goose logged.
Grounded Migrants
A Wheatear was seen.
Wildfowl and Waders
The Wigeon remains and waders included 9 Whimbrel.
Miscellaneous
An adult Mediterranean Gull was amongst 80 Black-headed Gulls.
Butterflies and Moths
A large overnight attraction to the moth trap saw 387 of 57 species identified, immigrants included 14 Silver Y, 2 Rusty Dot Pearl and 2 Diamond-backed Moth.
