15th September 2022 – overcast/calm then sunny spells NW3/4
Offshore
A scan of the sea at dawn revealed 10 Shag and a Red-throated Diver.
Grounded Migrants
A further smattering of grounded birds included 15 Robin, 3 Goldcrest and 2 Chiffchaff.
Diurnal Migration
A further 3235 Pink-footed Geese flew through and additional sightings included 70 Meadow Pipit, 5 Grey Wagtail, 5 Tree Sparrow, 2 Lesser Redpoll and a Yellow Wagtail.
Miscellaneous
The Hooded Crow remains and a Peregrine was the best of the rest.

Butterflies included several Red Admiral.
