Offshore
A scan of the sea revealed 15 Common Scoter and 11 Gannet.
Grounded Migrants
A few more grounded birds than of late with 26 Robin, 10 Wren, 3 Wheatear, 3 Chiffchaff, 2 Goldcrest and single Blackcap, Willow Warbler, White Wagtail and Stonechat logged.
Diurnal Migration
The skies again produced the majority of sightings with 560 Meadow Pipit, 180 Skylark, 130 Swallow, 100 Starling, 18 Linnet, 16 Pied Wagtail, 15 Grey Wagtail, 14 Pink-footed Goose, 11 Chaffinch, 2 Siskin, 2 Lesser Redpoll and a Yellow Wagtail logged.
Miscellaneous
A Merlin was the best of the rest and the leucistic Curlew remains in residence.
